Ted.com, Where the Smart People Are

tedI mentioned Ted.com in my previous post and decided to post some of my favorite talks. I guess this means I really like Ted.com and that would be an understatement. Some of the most inspiring presentations I have ever seen have been Ted talks. One day I hope I will be fortunate enough to attend and interact with these people. They are changing the world. I have so many favorites, I can’t list them all. So, in no particular order here are just a few of my favorites.

Jeff Han demos his breakthrough touchscreen

I’m a geek, so when I first saw this my jaw dropped and my wife thought something was wrong with me.

Al Gore on averting climate crisis

I know Al Gore? This is not really one of my favorites, but, he is kind of funny and makes a good case for what he believes about climate crisis. He did do another talk that is one of my favorites, but I couldn’t find it.
